Lady Finger Banana

It belongs to the same family as the common banana, but it measures only 7 cm long, and unlike the banana is grown in regions of moderate climate, anywhere between 1000 and 1500 m above sea level. Lady Finger bananas are known for their delicious flavour, much sweeter than traditional bananas. In the ripening process, the fruits pass from green to yellow, becoming a strong yellow and slightly soft when they are fully ripe and ready for consumption.
