Granadillas

It is a round fruit of beautiful orange color, hard and slightly shiny skin. The pulp is gelatinous with an exquisite sweet taste, greyish color and edible black seeds. They are a good source of vitamins A, C, and K, potassium, fiber, iron, calcium, and phosphorus.
